Strategy is the start, not the finish

Strong marketing strategy only gets you so far. Someone has to build the team that executes it, develop the people on it, and make sure the whole function is set up to perform. That's the part I'm especially good at.

I've been a first marketing hire. I've built teams from scratch and rebuilt them after near-total turnover. I've hired 20+ marketers across every discipline, coached junior talent into senior roles, and turned underperformers into contributors. I bring the same level of ownership a full-time Head of Marketing would, because that's exactly what I've been.
